1. Acceptance of Terms

paldohub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by paldohub may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access real-money gaming on paldohub, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. 3.2 One Account Policy

paldohub supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). paldohub does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
4.2 Minimum Transactions
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your paldohub account dashboard and may vary by payment method. paldohub reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and bonus wagering requirement completion. paldohub aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days, though GCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. paldohub is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Currency
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on paldohub are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. 5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account balance without notice.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the paldohub platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. 9. Limitation of Liability

paldohub's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
paldohub does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use paldohub at your own risk.
10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension & Termination
paldohub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against paldohub.
- Identification of the player as a minor (under 21 years of age).
- Regulatory or legal requirements compelling paldohub to restrict access.
Upon account closure for cause, paldohub reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining balances (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their paldohub account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days, and any remaining balance will be returned after applicable verification.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of paldohub, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting paldohub customer support. paldohub will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits paldohub's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
